Enjoy strolling the docks, visiting quaint shops, and viewing all manner of vessels from skiffs to massive trawlers. Drop a crab ring or in the fall catch salmon right off of the dock! The elevated boardwalk, Maritime Museum, and access to Halfmoon Bay beach are enjoyable options.
The South Beach offers 18 miles of the most beautiful beach on the Washington coast PLUS a 2.5 mile paved oceanfront hiking/biking path connecting the tallest lighthouse in the state with the marina and wrapping around the 500 acre wooded State Park where a Scottish Links Golf Course is proposed!
Westport offers the best surf in WA, OR, and British Columbia! Westhaven State Park is the primary location with the jetty augmenting waves and offering surf from 1 to 10 feet and more! Several surf shops can help with gear. Why not give it a go?
